Credential Description: The Registered Planner (RP) credential, issued by iAPSCC®, recognizes professionals who demonstrate expertise in planning industrial maintenance and capital projects within the process industries. This certification validates a planner's ability to develop comprehensive strategies for efficient plant operations, equipment maintenance, and facility upgrades. Earning Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or capital project planning in the process industry
  • Initial completion of the iAPSCC® Knowledge Engine™ ( iKE™).
  • Documentation of industrial trade level training and experience by a recognized certifying body.
  • Industrial maintenance or capital project planning experience within a process industry as verified by at least two supervisory and at least one peer level professional recommendation.
  • Agreement to adhere to iAPSCC®'s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
